Highlands Retreat w/Hot Tub & Fenced Yard

The home is fully renovated but really retains the charm and history of the property with moldings, high ceilings, exposed brick, fixtures, etc. The space is clean and open, the towels and linens were so plush and cozy, and we were able to spread out and really enjoy our stay with everything we needed, even some extra toiletries provided by the hosts. The hot tub also provided a nice respite after a long day. It's a beautiful property and you can tell the owners take pride in it. The area has several restaurants and stores within 5-15 min walks, but its further to get to downtown. I would recommend a car if you plan to head downtown or to restaurant row regularly. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Excellent host with a beautiful place in a charming neighborhood! We stayed at Santosh’s place for five nights with a group of eight people. We had plenty of space and everyone in our group felt like it was a great find. The neighborhood itself was quiet, yet there was plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe and even the girls had no issues walking around by themselves. We had three vehicles and had no issues with parking all of them on site. I would definitely recommend this property to others and hope that it is available the next time we visit Louisville!

This house was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The home was clean and the host was very responsive.
