Our Story
Character You Can Book
Our homes sit in Old Louisville and the Highlands, a short drive from downtown. Some began as carriage houses at the turn of the century. One is an 1895 Victorian with inlaid hardwood floors and a backyard built for long evenings, grill and hot tub included. Inside you will find full kitchens, laundry, and room for up to 12 guests, alongside the character that made these houses worth keeping in the first place.
How We Host
The Details Are Handled
Every home comes with a full kitchen, laundry, air conditioning, and WiFi, plus the small things that make a trip easier, like coffee, cooking basics, fresh linens, and blackout curtains. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in every house. Each one is a short drive from downtown, Churchill Downs, and Slugger Field, and most listings spell out parking before you book so there are no surprises on arrival. Send us a note and one of us will get back to you, usually within the hour.

We are a husband and wife team with fifty years in real estate between us. Santosh has been in the States since 1970 and sums himself up in one word, relentless. Karen has been a Realtor since 2004 and gives her time to Girl Scouts and Child's Spirit. With three grown children and seven grandchildren, we know what a house full of people needs.
